Eddie Bond (Memphis, Tennessee, 1 July 1933 - Bolivar, Tennessee, 20 March 2013) was a singer of rockabillyy American guitarist.
Around the middle of the decade of 1950, Bond recorded for the stamp Mercury and made turn with Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Warren Smith and others. He is more More famous for having refused to the then Elvis Presley, of 18 years of age, that went to audicionar for the band of Bond. It was shortly after that Presley recorded his first simple in Sun Records.

The contribution of Bond to the gender has been recognised by the Living room of the Fame of the Rockabilly.

He died of the illness of Alzheimer in 2013.

"My Babe"


"My Babe" is a blues song and a blues standard written by Willie Dixon for Little Walter.[2] Released in 1955 on Checker Records, a subsidiary of Chess Records, the song was the only Dixon composition ever to become a #1 R&B single and it was one of the biggest hits of either of their careers.

"Blue Suede Shoes" is a rock song composed by American musician Carl Perkins and published as a single in 1955. This twelve- bar blues is considered by some as one of the first recordings of rock and roll history.
The song came during a tour of Perkins , Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley in 1955. On one occasion , Cash told Perkins he had met a black airplane pilot while serving the army in Germany , and its military footwear referred to air regulation as a " blue suede shoes " ( blue suede shoes ) . It was then suggested to Perkins Cash write a song about those shoes , what Perkins said . " I know nothing about shoes How I can write a song about shoes ? "

"Movie Magg" is a 1955 rockabilly song written by Carl Perkins and released on Flip Records, a subsidiary of Sun Records.[1] Perkins had written the song at the age of thirteen. It was based on the true story of Perkins' girlfriend Maggie and their occasional trips to the movies at the weekends. Being the son of a poor sharecropper, Perkins did not have a car to drive Maggie to the picture show, so the pair rode on the back of his mule, Becky.

"Carl Mann " Mann was raised in rural Tennessee; his parents owned a lumber business. He sang in church and did country songs for local talent shows, playing guitar and piano. In 1957, he released his first single on Jaxon Records, "Gonna Rock and Roll Tonight" b/w "Rockin' Love." Several further singles on Jaxon followed, after which Carl Perkins' drummer, W.S. Holland, became Mann's manager, signing him to Sun Records.[1] Sun owner Sam Phillips signed Mann to a three-year contract, and soon after Sun released Mann's rockabilly version of Nat King Cole's "Mona Lisa." Mann and Conway Twitty both released single versions of the tune at the same time, and both charted; it was sixteen-year-old Mann's first hit, peaking at No. 24 on the US Black Singles chart and No. 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1959.



BILL HALEY "Crazy Man, Crazy"


"Crazy Man, Crazy" was the title of an early rock and roll song written by, and first recorded by Bill Haley & His Comets in April 1953. It is notable as the first recognized rock and roll recording to appear on the national American musical charts, peaking at #12 on the Billboard Juke Box chart for the week ending June 20, 1953, and #11 for two weeks on the Cash Box chart beginning for the week of June 13. It is also believed to be the first rock and roll recording to be played on national television in the US. The use of a comma in the title varies from source to source, but is present on the original single release, which is credited to "Bill Haley with Haley's Comets," an early variant of the band's name.

"See You Later, Alligator" is the title of an iconic rock and roll song of the 1950s written and first recorded by Robert Charles Guidry, known as Bobby Charles. The song was a Top Ten hit for Bill Haley and His Comets in 1956 in the U.S.
